Privacy Policy

Effective October 22, 2026

PRIVACY POLICY STATUS AND REQUIRED CONTENT Important: The uploaded source document does not contain a substantive Privacy Policy. Its brief references to processing data and third-party platforms do not adequately explain privacy practices. The following is a completion checklist only, not a complete privacy policy. Do not publish the heading “Privacy Policy” as if this section were complete.

Before publishing a Privacy Policy, EmberCall AI should confirm and accurately describe at least the following: 1. Information collected: account and contact details; billing and transaction data; advertising account identifiers, campaign performance data, budgets, ads and optimization history; support communications; device, log, cookie, and analytics data, if collected. 2. Sources of information: information supplied by customers, connected advertising platforms, payment processors, website tools, and service providers. 3. Purposes and legal bases: account setup, service operation, advertising optimization, reporting, billing, support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and any marketing or analytics use. The actual purposes and applicable legal bases must be verified. 4. Disclosure and recipients: Halcrus AI, relevant technology providers (including whether SuperX Labs LLC receives data), hosting, analytics, customer support, and payment processors, advertising platforms, professional advisers, and authorities where legally permitted or required. Identify categories accurately. 5. Advertising-platform permissions: the data and actions available through each integration, the permissions requested, how customers disconnect accounts, and the consequences of disconnection. 6. Retention and deletion: retention periods or criteria, deletion procedures, backup/log retention, and what happens to connected advertising data when a customer cancels. 7. Security: a truthful description of administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Do not promise specific protections unless they are in place. 8. Cookies and analytics: whether the website or platform uses cookies, pixels, session replay, analytics, or similar technologies; how preferences can be managed. 9. Privacy rights and requests: rights that may apply based on the individual's location, how to submit a request, how identity is verified, and how appeals work if applicable. 10. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising: determine whether any data is sold, shared, or used for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable law. Do not make a blanket “we do not sell or share” claim without verification. 11. International transfers and children's information: describe only what is relevant and accurate to the service and its customers. 12. Contact and effective date: use najeejacobs@embercallapp.com for privacy inquiries if that mailbox is monitored for them, and insert the date the policy becomes effective. A separate data-processing addendum or customer data agreement may also be needed depending on the data processed and the parties’ roles. Confirm the applicable requirements with qualified privacy counsel.
